1: Harness is one of the fastest growing startup and working in top notch technology. CEO believes in transparency in company, every quarter all the details related to sales or future goals are being shared with the employees. 2: Management and Leaders will always help you to keep growing and learning in your career. 3: Company giving good perks

Cons

1: Harness is fast growing startup and because of that sometimes work is hectic but management is keep trying to improve work life balance. 2: Salary is competitive for the freshers but not for the experienced forks. Very less margin difference between fresher and experienced forks. 3: No fitness related perks

- Decent SF/bay area-based salary - Allows fully remote - Great starting org if you're new to the tech world & the perks that come with it - 10 extra 3 day weekends (1/month, outside of Nov/Dec) - Lots of career opportunities

Cons

- If you've worked in any other tech org this feels exactly the same - People are blindly focused on their individual goals and generally only care about their individual perception - Antiquated, accrued PTO policy - Most departments are understaffed - Poor work-life balance - Slogan of "Get Ship Done" drives the company to greatly err on the side of surface-level accomplishments that don't actually grow the business - Poor planning - 5 Day work week
