Pros

Super high-growth and innovative start up. Innovation is not letting up with the aim of being best in class in everything we do. The entire company has been hired to fit out Harnessian culture, people are the number one priority. You hear from every employer during selection that you should "live the values", this is the first company that takes this seriously. Huge investment put into employee events to make people feel valued. Only the best individuals are hired to work here and you learn so much from everyone. Very open culture. You can be the most junior rank and talk with any executive openly and candidly.

Cons

The company is still cementing it's place so it is in it's awkward growth phase. However, the product modules will soon be best in class and it is the right time to be joining the company.
