      The pay was ok I guess

      Horrible leadership and culture!!! Lack of training, no clearly defined roles or expectations. Just an all around miserable place to be employed. Serious lack of intelligence in the local branch. The Tampa branch is in a total downward spiral.

      Good people to work with, honest and direct.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits just aren't enough to justify the cost of living in the area. Not enough local work in the market, too much travel for family.
