Pros

Good team members, strong community feeling in the department. Many opportunities to work across departmental lines.

Cons

Senior management seemed more interested in playing internal politics than supporting their employees.

Pros

This was a great place to learn on the job with a lot of different opportunities to be exposed to different types of projects and departments.

Cons

Very difficult to advance, long-term trajectory didn't seem feasible, while benefits good, salaries meager for NYC living standards
