Pros

- Great Work Life balance when you aren't management or SME - Lots of turn over in the high management positions, so there is room to grow - Work isn't too difficult, but can be time consuming - Fantastic PTO benefits

Cons

- Money is terrible for the region - Yearly raises are not guaranteed, and are based on "performance" but all employees get the same increase each year regardless of the work they completed - The few employees with a desire to get the work done right are left doing all the work, while other employees are getting paid the same amount to do nothing
