Upper mgmt. cutting inventory, focus on bottom line vs taking care and giving opportunity for sales reps to make any money. It’s the good old boy network and if you’re not part of it, you’re on the outside looking in. There is too much he said/ she said and opportunity to make more money is capped based on market saturation. All reps are account managers vs sales reps. There’s a lot of lip-service and it gets old. It’s all about profit margin vs keeping top reps around or happy.
