      Pros

      Great support staff, awesome benefits package both included and additional elections, fantastic HR support services. Resources includ other business units helping with questions and Mentoring. HUGE potential for advancements and ability to move with in business units.

      Cons

      Integrations are a bit rough. Finance is terrible. Super slow, very cumbersome, transitioning clients to their billing platform was horrific. Operationally do more with less mindset. If you were lean b4 prepare to get leaner.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to move between business units within Harris to further your carer, positively encourages a good work life balance, excellent work flexibility and competitive salaries & benefits.

      Cons

      Because Harris is such a big company with many different business units company processes can be long-winded.

      Pros

      Harris Computer is very big on helping workers expand their skill sets and develop their career paths in whichever way is best for you. I am extremely excited to be a part of this wonderful organization.

      Cons

      Accountability is big for Harris and can be somewhat challenging, but in the end it is worth it.
