      Pros

      Harris has great benefits and annually reviews providers to assure employees have the best in class options.

      Cons

      The current benefits provider and corporate seem to disagree on what qualifies as a domestic partner.

According to our provider, the definition of dependent is the following: "Your dependent must be your spouse or your child and a resident of Canada or the United States. Your spouse by marriage or under any other formal union recognized by law, or your partner who is publicly represented as your spouse, is an eligible dependent.       Pros

      Harris has an outstanding PTO system with lots of schedule flexibility. I have been working here many years and things only get better with time. The people at Harris are great and it's like a family.

      Cons

      Compensation is not the greatest but the benefits, perks and especially the generous PTO make up for it.
