      Great benefits package! Innovative Technologies with a Customer-Minded approach. Highly supportive and motivated leadership team builds confident and successful employees.

      Cons

      I really haven't seen a negative aspect of working for a Harris company. Remote work is an adjustment, but HR and support are very responsive so any little bumps in the road have been rectified promptly.

      Pros

      Strong and supportive Leadership that are looking for growth and innovation. Customer-minded in all processes. Encourage input for projects and products, collaborative environment. IT Solutions for healthcare that I would have given anything to have available at my former place of Employment. So creative and applicable to the current healthcare needs.

      Cons

      I really have no cons at this time. I am learning new things and am being challenged to grow. Still fresh and exciting.
