good compensation. Excellent hours and flexibility. Opportunity to make a positive impact.

Layoffs occur when property tax values decrease (every 20 years or so)

Managers can be believable, will assist in life work balance, and supportive. Training is available if going to school is not an option, so job performance can improve. Retirement contribuion is available, should start early. Managers try to save jobs during economic shortfal.

Cons

Pay is low, opportunities for advancement are minimal, i you are on a gerant you may or maynot have job security. Managers do not plan expenditures well.
