Pros

Great work family, very welcoming to new employees. I loved my supervisor and never had any problems with any of the staff. Great benefits, specially the retirement plan.

Cons

Not too many opportunities to grow as an RN. Almost no pay increases. Schedule changes a lot. Work is not permanent because they rely on government grants which are renewed every year.
