Medical Insurance and retirement plans are very tough to beat. We have a low copay plan and its great! If you get tired of your division or manager, there are lots of other opportunities within the county.

Cons

Environment is a little less personable than my previous private sector jobs. We can't receive gifts of any kind from anyone to avoid conflict of interest.
