Pros

County Benefits Team Effort on the PTO side of it

Cons

Comp Time Pay Over 40 Hours (no over time pay) Low pay for crazy work load (managing over 1000 defendants to 1 PTO), while still being expected to keep up with compliance, dockets, court runs and instructions. Not enough time in the day to complete all task assigned Supervisors don't step in when monitor is full of defendants they just expect you to handle it. Constant changes, no one ever knows where they will end up until 3-5 days before. Unorganized to say the least
