      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, great hours. Overall I would say that it is a great situation if you are looking to start a new career with years to get yourself established.

      Cons

      The only problem that I have with this employer is the pay rate. Beside that most the time I am looking for job assignment so I am trying to see how I can move up the food chain.
