Pros

Most diverse business you will find. Great team members and mentors; knowledge share in abundance Managers are available and truly involved. Zero micromanagement, yet full accountability with feedback. You are given projects, allowed enough time to plan and implement.

Cons

You can stress and frustrate yourself on your own expectations based on prior experiences. It is not the same as your other workplaces. Far more bandwidth are freedom to be successful for this company. You have to be very clear and precise in your communications. No one is trying to figure out what you are trying to say or ask for. Just say or ask for it. No fluffs or word salads is welcomed and appreciated. Things may not move as fast as you want it to, but it moves eventually.

Cons

There are significant concerns regarding the management structure. Favoritism is prevalent, with friends frequently hiring friends into leadership positions, often resulting in underqualified individuals being placed in supervisory roles. Many managers appear to lack the necessary experience or training, leading to inconsistent and ineffective decision-making. Additionally, there is a noticeable presence of individuals acting as unofficial supervisors, creating confusion and undermining authority. The workplace culture can feel hostile, with employees frequently escalating minor issues to management, contributing to a toxic environment
