Pros

- Similar and comparable to other benefits offered in the medical center (insurance, pto, 401k) - Lenient scheduling of pto - Slow or laxed turnover times - 2 Calls per six weeks. Rarely called when listed as "On Call" - ATC shifts

Cons

- Management and some staff can be very unprofessional - Staff is mean and doesn't like to train - High turnover - Staff not listened to. Major power struggles with management. - Management known to be inflexible with the scheduling of assigned weekly shifts

Pros

The health benefits are good. If you are fortunate to have a good director, then you will like your work. Not a professional environment as with other major healthcare organizations.

Cons

Always in debt, poor communication with leaders. The pay raises are low.
