Excellent co-workers who are supportive of each other.

Cons

Mid to upper management displays favoritism and poor team building skills; especially dote on employees who complain the most but do the least they can. Inability to treat people fairly based on their performance and work ethic.

I work with a great team which makes working at Harris Health pleasant. I enjoy all of the wellness activities also. Benefits are good and you can accumulate a lot of PTO.

Cons

You are not able to work from home at all. Also some managers are very strict with your work schedule. They are not flexible at all.
