      Pros

      Awesome place to develop clinical skills. The patient population is awesome and is the reason most people stay as long as they do.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement are limited. Mentorship and promotional opportunities are limited. Leadership appears to be self-serving as the organization is extremely top heavy.

      Pros

      Benefits, potential to be a good company.

      Cons

      Disorganization, poor communication, and tacky and incompetent leadership. Tends to only hire people they know and not people who can actually do the job and get results. The organization does not stress unity, employees are not allowed to express their opinion for fear of getting fired.
