      The ONLY pro is the insurance.

      Cons

      In orientation Harris Health raves about how great their work culture is and how great the environment is. But it’s not. It’s used to lure you in. I have had nothing but a horrible experience since working here. The patient ratios are 1:8, they are always short staffed and they just recently took away overtime opportunities. We give so much to our patients that the organization literally drains us dry. The management is rude and overall it’s just not it.

      Not micromanaged. Allow to make and change your schedule as long as your production and time are consistent. Enjoy management. Work from home.

      Cons

      Alone. Sometimes hard to get questions answered but for the most part they are.
