There's a predominant focus on maintaining the status quo within some departments. This approach not only stifles creativity and innovation but also hinders the company's overall progress. Additionally, there's a noticeable tendency among some leaders to prioritize their image over the well-being and development of their teams. This behavior demotivates staff and can lead to a toxic workplace atmosphere. The training for new managers is minimal, leaving them ill-equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively. Despite HR being aware of various issues, there's a sense that they only intervene when absolutely necessary.
