The team at Harris Healthcare really live the company's core values. They are brought up frequently in conversations. This practice helps keep our team aligned, effective and unified. Harris is serious about work-life balance. Many companies say that; Harris lives it. Harris strikes the right tone in expecting excellent work from all of us AND helping us if and when we struggle. The culture is one of a healthy team, not a maniacal pursuit of self interest by individuals.
