Pros

Fun and easy to decorate cakes.

Cons

Ethically challenging to work with ultra processed ingredients. No real baking is done. Toxic environment. Grocery store expects to own every facet of your life including expecting you to be available to work 9 days in a row sometimes.

Do my own thing. Its a skill so I don't have to do anything else. No cover this department. Can you work the deli counter today...NO. because there's no one to do my job if I do anything else.
