      Pros

      Flexibility and a comfortable work environment. Company policies as they relate to customers makes it very easy to solve issues and ensure people you interact with are pleased with the solutions and remedies you’re able to provide.

      Cons

      The increment for raises isn’t the best. There is no time to sit down so it’s a lot of work on your feet.
