Pros
Profit sharing is decent at 5% Vacation is average Profit sharing twice a year (though they keep finding ways to shrink it) Room for growth if you have the stomach for it.
Cons
Lowest pay around even after Covid. Annual increases are pathetic.(50 cents) Your managers change as often as you change your sheets so don’t get too used to anyone. It’s like a merry go round at the circus.
