friendly coworkers, bonus checks, flexible hours, many different managers but the good ones are fantastic. many community programs, many sales, generous refund policies
Cons
managers can be awful. that's everywhere with this level of job, but it can destroy your attitude towards the job incredibly quick when bad management steps in. with flexibility comes uncertainty - you WILL be called in, no matter your position. there's always too little people up front or working in the store. this will put you in bad situations with angry customers.
