      Work Culture Ability to control hours when I had school and/or other jobs I know I have the ability to move up within the company Some coworkers and customers become good friends and can make your day There are some managers that stay in touch with you and I always feel like my concerns are addressed .25 raise every year 401K and the options of health, dental, vision Discount on HT products Bonus checks multiple times a year

      Other customers are absolutely terrible to you on the daily Depending on your managers, they can be out of touch and unhelpful Part-time pay starts low and besides the yearly raise, it's extremely difficult to get a corresponding raise even when you take on a promotion, unless you go full-time The part-time health benefits aren't worth the extra money out of your paycheck
