Pros

Bonus checks twice a year 10% off store brand items

Cons

extended retail hours low wages with excess workload customers taking advantage of the company daily with no consequence Managers who are eligible for lawsuit HR department wont call you back insufficiant training work behind the scenes and you will never shop here again. High turnover in 95% of stores medical benefits are expensive

Pros

You get paid every week. Schedule is very flexible. Nice profit-sharing twice a year. That's about it.

Cons

No food discounts. Customer service micro-manages the front-end employees down to their bathroom breaks. After working there for a year I was not considered for any sort of promotion or pay raise. On-call means you are supposed to call in at your scheduled time and 99% of the time you are "needed for work."

Fair pay and good bonus and benefits. Hopefully the upcoming changes will not totally eliminate departments at current HQ.

Cons

Needs to be more willing to send employee to training to improve skill sets. Not a lot of room for advancement,
