Pros

Decent pay for retail, 2 small bonuses a year, but they will probably end after Kroger buys the company.

Cons

The hours are all over the place. They have an "On Call" policy for cashiers. You have to set aside a day every week and call in to see if they need you. Who can plan their life around that. Of course you don't get paid for wasting a day. Schedules are suppose to be posted by noon on Saturday for the week starting Wednesday. Often the schedules are not posted till Sunday afternoon...
