Pros

It's a job. Customers when engaged are terrific and treat you like a friend instead of sales person. Very busy which makes the time go by fast.

Cons

Can't work over 40 hours without getting into trouble! They make stupid senseless rules that have to be followed 100% or write ups or suspension! Low pay and no recognition for outstanding customer service! Under staffing causes higher stress on all hard working employees. Hires bodies to fill positions instead of qualified people! Different standards for different employees!! Rewards the slackers and punishes the real workers! Managers only protect their friends and let them get away with all indiscretions! If you're a butt kisser you'll go far with management! You must take your 30 minute unpaid break, but you will never see your 15 minute paid breaks!!! If you call out management and use HR you will be retaliated against and watched very closely until you make even the slightest error and be punished to the extreme maximum!!!
