Pros

Can get shifts that work with life schedules and will work with people that have school and children.

Cons

The main concern is pay scale is too low with how cost of living is now and what they want in customer service. Always cutting work hours not good and schedule changes each week.

Great Associates - want to do a good job - want to advance

Cons

Work/Life Balance - when recruited this is the promise. However, EVERY holiday is "blacked-out" - meaning that you cannot take ANY time off. (EVERY holiday, long weekend, etc) You WILL work on Thanksgiving, you WILL be required in to check the store on Christmas as well. Recruiters promote that associates can 'earn' referral fees to bring in great talent; it is like pulling teeth to earn that fee (too many exceptions) - it's a shame because of so many stores they plan to open.

It was a job that i needed when i was in school. Greak place to work and great people to work with.

Cons

Consistancy of schedule hours, one week u might have 30 hours and another week its 4 hours.
