Pros
It's an easy job and the pay isn't terrible. You will get some regular customers that are very nice.
Cons
The hours are horrible. Even part time workers will get full time hours without the pay. The management isn't not the best they mostly care about the full time workers or customers service. As a first job it would be nice but if you have a family,another job or go to school this isn't the best place to work. They really don't have any sympathy for people that have to call out or leave early due to family issues or even school. Even though you put set hours they do not always follow them.
