•The customers are friendly making your day go by easier

Cons

•Poor management •Managers and CSM's try to micromanage employees •Managers and CSM's do not be on the same page when it comes to breaks/scheduling •Managers add you to schedule and do not notify you •Depending on your department, the employees and CSM's power trip acting as if their role is so important •You can't just come in and work without being stressed by the staff •The pay is not equivalent for this role and what employees have to put up with •Management isn't very helpful when it comes to solving problems and providing realistic solutions
