      Pros

      Online schedule access. Profit sharing paycheck twice a year (if eligible). Weekly paycheck. Various discounts and reward items.

      Cons

      My training was rushed and not a priority. When I reached out for help I was told "we'll get to that" and assigned something else. I've worked in several stores and none of my managers gave me a break or planned out my shift to allow for one. If I'm struggling with something the managers don't care and walk by. You are on your own.

      Pros

      They pay well. There is career advancement options and they want you to move up if you do your job. They don't have super high expectations so if you do your job you'll do well there.

      Cons

      Not the best working environment, prepare to hear a lot of swearing and deal with a lot of attitude. Not from management but from other co workers. There's a lot of new employees all the time.

      Pros

      It's a good job for polishing customer service and interaction skills. Also a good opportunity for learning corporate guidelines and food handling practices.

      Cons

      Harris Teeter does not pay as much as other grocery stores such as Wegmans, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes. The maximum raise you will receive is 50 cents , and that is with an Outstanding review.
