-upper management barely understands how their own departments function, thus get mad at you for not getting things done due to doing other time consuming tasks
-employee favoritism
-management/upper management is extremely rude, arrogant and clueless
-god forbid you ask management questions or clarifications
- I was asked to leave early because they were cutting hours, I asked them to put it in writing because I didn't wanna get in trouble for not working my full 40 hours again, (not an unreasonable request) and upper management threw a tantrum and basically told me to **** off
-I got a profit loss violation on my record as an employee from an incident that two other employees caused, and since both had since quit before they noticed, I had to be the one to get blamed. Being reasonably upset and crying, upper management, specifically Beverly, called me a crybaby and threatened my job if I "couldn't handle it"
-previous coworker was verbally abusive towards me, intentionally sabotaging my tasks and responsibilities, doing things that would get caught by the audit people and then put the blame on me, such as not dating things properly, not cleaning her work area, not prepping the day before like we were meant to causing me to be late the next day, and then threw tantrums when I was too busy on my days to prep things for her because I'm overwhelmed with tasks that she was too lazy to do the previous day, leaving knives out on my work station, accuse me of leaving areas dirty after walking away from the area for five seconds to grab something/help someone, hiding in the bathroom her whole shift and leaving me to do two jobs and get yelled at for not meeting expectations. I had recorded and documented evidence for every instance and when I brought it up to management I was blown off, gaslit, and told "you don't know what other people are going through" okay? She doesn't know what I'm going through either? She just gets a pass to verbally abuse me and call me names? And the ONE time I talked back to this coworker and defended myself, I didn't call her names, I just called her out on her expecting me to do her job ON MY DAY OFF, upper management started defending her and saying I shouldn't have said that to her it was "really rude". THAT is what I meant by playing favorites. This coworker has since quit.

I was not a perfect employee, I had major attendance issues. But I can't see a reality that would ever justify the way I was treated at that place. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE
