Pros

Mix of good people and pompous ones. Good benefits, especially for employees in Boston area. Opportunities to learn. Talented engineers.

Cons

Tech leadership is all over the place; they change their minds randomly take a u-turn at the last minute. For a company creating management content they are horrible at keeping time: Leadership consistently goes over time in meetings they organize sometimes doubling the scheduled time, which shows how poorly they value the junior employees. Would not recommend at all for tech. Salary is grossly below average. At best they pay entry level fresh graduate salary for senior managers. Company has some name recognition only because of its affiliation with the university. Don't count on tuition reimbursements.

This company has a very rich culture & every employee is aligned to this culture and value system There is a great learning environment, there are enough opportunities provided for learning Everyone is friendly & respectful in the organization
