Pros

If you get a good team like HR or publishing you will get better opportunities. Do not apply for agile practice or product operations Ebrg groups are trying to change things but old mentalities are still the driving force. Healthcare plan is good but dental is expensive While there is a performance pay, unfortunately senior employees incorporate favorites and beat the system

Cons

Some teams and individuals are very unsafe to work with. They will threaten you on the job and make it clear that they can get you kicked out because they have seniority over your employment. Promotion is completely based on how long you can survive on the job. It's a constant survival mode Agile practice 's mission is providing psychologically safe environment but if disagree with a agile lead they make your life miserable Competence is a popularity event where diversity is not just not entertained but also let down. On numerous occasions my accent was brought up as a issue. Pay is also based on seniority and not performance. Senior staffers basically use the"goal based structure" to fake higher pay for their biased beneficiaries. ADA benefits are distributed unevenly and senior staffers reap benefits by making claims and using politics Mistreatment of newer staff is commonplace and considered acceptable therefore EBRGs as a band aid solution doesn't work.
