Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While internal growth has been a challenge for some, we recently designed a new career development system which should provide more clarity regarding the competencies and skills required in different disciplines and levels, and a better understanding and unbiased approach around what's required to make a move--both for employees and managers. We wish you would have stayed a bit longer to see how this new approach played out for you. If you have any other feedback you would like to share, send an email to feedback@harvardbusiness.org.

Pros

Very stable organization. Good benefits. Below market salaries are often more than made up for with annual bonus and generous retirement contributions.

Cons

Nothing very interesting to work on from a software point of view. Below market salaries.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your responsibilities and assignments were not as interesting and creative as you would have liked. We need to balance the new, innovative technologies with maintenance of our core platforms. Our compensation package, which is comprised of base salary and bonus, is competitive considering our not-for-profit status, however certainly not at the top percentile which many technical roles can offer. If you have any other feedback you would like to share, send an email to feedback@harvardbusiness.org.

Pros

HBP is a really nice place to work at. The people are nice, and the company is flexible when it comes to your work-life balance

Cons

Not a lot of space for growth. There are some favoritism where only the selected few are promoted
