Pros

Easy to get to, the people are nice, 100% health and dental benefits

Cons

Way too bureaucratic, pay is below standard, long hours, HR is two-faced, lots of backstabbing. Very high turn over rate due to lots of disgruntled employees and company not meeting its benchmarks or being relatively flat. There is also very little room for growth careerwise.

No focus, can't trust hr, petty squabbles, fiefdoms. Buries their head in the sands of long past glory
