Great benefits, flexible working hours, depending on your work place, great co-workers. You get to learn from very smart people.

Cons

There is no career development plan in practice. Management is not interested in helping you develop. There is no career, job a job.

Excellent Benefits, Flexible Hours are Negotiable, Some of the Highest Pay in Higher Ed in Boston-area

Cons

Opportunities to take classes are restrictive, environment is extremely political, difficult to advance within department (or above basic administration at all without a graduate degree)

Beautiful campus, great work environment. Specifically for SEAS, a lot of talented scientists and engineers doing some very interesting and life-changing research

SEAS is in a mode of transition right now, very sporadic it terms of consistency of pay and reply from HR
