Pros

Good pay for work study, lots of time to study so it's aptly named I guess. Library jobs are famously the best.

Cons

It's still work, but there's not really any major downsides unless you can't multitask or something.

Pros

Good connection in the academic world, higher salary than same position in other universities (as far as I know), flexible vacation time

Cons

Stressful - unless you are super good at managing your time and are a genius, you will need to work on weekends and evenings, sometimes also holidays and vacations.

Pros

Harvard offers tremendous benefits, from vacation time, medical benefits and financial investments. They offer various job opportunities and often promote from within the university. They believe in a family and work life balance. I feel fortunate to work at this university.

Cons

I can't think of any cons.
