Pros

Great location. Unlimited access to a variety of resources. Fantastic supportive team. And the life outside of work is wonderful; it is fun, enriched and constantly evolving.

Cons

Highly hierarchical system. Not got many chances to befriend with people from the upper level. People tend to be uptight and quiet and act alone. Difficult to bring out the best of yourself.

Pros

Culturally and intellectually, there is a lot going on here. The benefits are very good. In general it is a caring and nurturing environment. The access to educational opportunities is a great plus

Cons

Overall it's a very heterogeneous environment and can be difficult getting things done across school boundaries. Housing prices in this area are very high. Pay is mediocre.
