      Pros

      Great work environment, extraordinarily smart coworkers, suffounded by enthusiastic, brilliant students.

      Cons

      Cambridge weather, tremendous bureaucracy that requires much effort to navigate and sometimes results in decisions being implemented that seems completely unreasonable.

      Pros

      They offer decent benefits and my co-workers are great. There's an adequate opportunity to advance, but those opportunities are few and far between.

      Cons

      The university is operated and run by the Corporation which oversees all of the university. At times they've displayed poor decision making especially in light of recent economic problems in the country, as well as with the decrease in value of the university's endowment.

      Pros

      cosy, comfortable, full of freedom, do whatever you want whenever you want. you feel as if you are your own boss.

      Cons

      low salary, no retirement benefit, little chance of promotion within the department, not much chances to go to conferences, food choice around here is minimum and only for limited hours.
