Pros

The students and faculty are awesome.

Cons

It is like being in the 1950's foodservice. They try to seem cool and up to date but even when they buy great food, they overcook it or otherwise mess it up.

Pros

- virtually infinite financial means to support employees - great benefits - great campus

Cons

- senior employees known to bully and harass, with no repercussions - diversity is low, and the people in charge of solving that issue are creating more issues than they are solving

Pros

Cons

No clear path for advancement if you're a mid-level scientist. You would need to leave to another institution or private sector for a position change or raise.
