Pros

The benefits are amazing (free classes, healthcare, wellness programs, Center for Workplace development, excellent time off), the management/leadership is wonderful and people-focused, inclusivity is promoted, and you have a very healthy work/life balance (nobody really works past 5pm). Job duties are clear and well-defined.

Cons

A little too siloed. It's a little challenging to cross-train into different jobs.

Lovely people to work with, great resources and benefits

Cons

Little room for growth, no change in salary, negative work environment - Chances are you may work with toxic leads (doctors, professors, etc) that could impact the team or your environment potentially.
