      Pros are: a good salary, smart colleagues, decent retirement savings, smart students, great city location, beautiful campus, famous university

      Cons

      sexism, poor treatment of faculty by administration, poor facilities, too much bureaucracy, an unfair environment that demands people 'know the right people' to get ahead. the right people are HHMI investigators or people bringing in a lot of grant money.
