Pros
The academic environment (especially the calendar) gives a lot of flexibility and understanding, and really encourages you to expand your skills as you go.
Cons
Many of the customers include Harvard students and faculty, which can be a really mixed bag. They are often brilliant, but many have overinflated egos.
