The best thing about Harvest is the people. Leadership is authentic, caring and driven. Harvest has been an incredibly unique and special place in my work experience journey.

Cons

Harvest wouldn't be a good place for anyone not open to working in a fast paced environment. It's a roll up your sleeves all hands on deck team effort!

Cons

The ONLY advantage other companies have over Harvest is stock options.
