Core values are taken seriously, and actively lived out. The flexibility and autonomy offered and trust to be excellent at what you do make this place feel free. You get to own what you do for you, and champion your teammates along the way in what they do. This company is not normal.
Cons
Sometimes a true positive can fee like a negative. The only thing that can feel tough is working around so many strong people. Everyone seems to be the best at what they do. You can't let insecurity get a foot in the door, and because people are so good, that can creep in at any moment. So far, the culture championing of others has helped fight that off.
