      Pros

      Steady work throughout the year other than that there's really no Pros to this company it is a very stressful job

      Cons

      Unappreciated very low pay below national average no respect for the employees and their families raises are slow coming an extremely low can't even buy a Happy Meal off of what you make change of schedule without notice under a lot of pressure from upper management . A lot of temporary help mostly illegal workers . Equipment constantly breaking down no replacement for new equipment

      Pros

      Flexible hours as long as the work is done, possibility to work remotely if sick or in case of emergencies, great family-like team. Good benefits, good PTO with floating holiday.

      Cons

      Often have to work extra hours but there is no overtime pay, very stressful, high employee turnover, basically no growth opportunity - the management choses to hire a new person instead of looking to promote.

      Pros

      The people in the local offices are great to work with and what the company is trying to achieve is good for the environment.

      Cons

      The upper management lurches from one crisis to another and is more interested in trying to take the company public than day to day operations. They have large employee turnover even at the management level. The company is still run like a start up.
