Pros

Learned a lot about the industry, large amount of trainings in the wine and spirits, learned tremendously about budgets, P&Ls, customer service

Cons

A lot of meetings, almost seems like there were meetings just to have meetings (same with conference calls) and just your typical restaurant hours. Overall a pretty nice place to work.
